Welcome to the Construction Website for the 27 Washington Street project (former Grossman’s site) in Wellesley.  This website will be maintained during the construction period to provide updated information about work on the project. 

During the construction period the goal of the entire project team is to minimize inconvenience to area residents and businesses.  Occasionally, despite all good efforts, some inconvenience will be unavoidable.  We will do our best to keep those who are interested well informed of construction schedules and activities.  We encourage you to contact us with any questions or comments.
